  Very unfriendly staff. Rear dropout of the road bike was broken which i found out after the first ride. Even though i demanded a new set of breaks (because I knew I would spend 1000km in the mountains) they did not want to chamge them (there was nearly nothing left on the break pads when I got the bike) Online reservation did not work but I was lucky they had an extra bike in the shop.

  Thought it was great at first considering the price only, only to realise the thread that the spark plug went into was cable tied into the engine. Do not rent off of these people they were extremely rude and had no sympathy to offer what so ever, this could have ended much worse than it did considering it broke down half way up a busy mountain!!

  Great range of Trek bikes. Friendly service and for €20 you can pick your bikes up just before they close on the previous day or have them delivered. Free water bottles!

  This was my third year training and renting a bike in mallorca. I have never experienced such a bad customer service and bike than in this shop.

  The price of 130 for one week was good but nevertheless I expect a propper working bike.

  Hired a Trek Emonda SL6. Tyres were completely worn and the wheels were naff fulcrum racing 7's with 23mm tyres. Got a puncture on the second day, massive gash in the tyre. Cost me £140 for four days. In hindsight, a complete rip off. If it came with half decent wheels it might be worth £100 for the duration, but really disappointing.
